Organization & Members
The Organization & Members section is where you manage everything related to your workspace in Quash. From here, you can view and update your personal profile, check organization details, configure important settings, and manage your team.
Profile & Organization Details
Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
Select Profile.
Here, you’ll first see your User Information. Below that is the Organization Details section, where you can view:
Organization Name
All Members currently part of your organization
Organization Settings
Under organization details, you’ll see Organization Settings.
Maximum Concurrent Tasks
By default, this is set to 5 tasks.
Higher values allow more tasks to run at once, but may consume more system resources.
If the limit is reached, new tasks will wait in a queue until resources free up.
You can adjust this value anytime to suit your team’s workflow.
Members & Invites
Quash works best when your whole team is collaborating in one place. To ensure everyone has access to the full testing workflow, you’ll need to invite them to your workspace. Only members invited to a workspace can view or participate in any part of the testing process. Access to tests, context sources, and results is workspace-specific and fully private.
Accessing Members & Invites
Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
Navigate to Profile Settings.
Go to the Organization Members section.
Viewing Members
In this section, you can see all members of your organization, including the Owner.
Inviting Members
Under Members & Invites, type the email address of the person you want to invite.
From the dropdown beside the email field, select the role:
Member
Viewer
Admin
The invited member will be added to the workspace automatically.
Managing Invites
All your sent invites will appear in the list below the invite section, allowing you to track pending invitations.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the Danger Zone.
This action will:
Permanently remove tasks, suites, executions, backend validations, invitations, and device bindings for the selected organization (e.g., Quash Demo).
Members and registered devices remain.
Warning: This action cannot be undone.
